Fluidly Fusion, Friday night 7-9pm (2 hours)
Join Lacey as she breaks down some of her favorite oh so fusiony and gooey combinations that are sure to get you in tune
with your serpentine self! Sometimes all we need are a few fresh and new combinations to get us thinking in new shapes and new directions. This workshop is geared to do just that! These combinations are perfect for drilling or choreography. All levels welcome!
Tribal Stylizations for Fusion Dancers, Saturday 9am - 12pm (3 hours)
Improvisational Tribal Style movements don't have to just be for improv dancers. In this workshop learn classic improv vocabulary with a fusion twist. See how these movements, when inserted into your fusion technique, can create an exciting and dynamic performance. Improv qualities can unite a group choreography in a way that you've never experienced, and can liven up any solo routine. Beginners are welcome!
Let's Dance Together, Saturday 1-3pm (2 hours)
Whether you are an improv dancer looking for fun new options, or a tribal fusion troupe needing some new inspiration, this workshop will give dancers some new formations and ways to interact that are sure to get your creative juices going! Duets, trios, 10 or more, we'll explore ideas for everyone!
Folkloric Fun with Finger Cymbals, Saturday 3:30-5pm (1.5 hours)
Inspired by Hahbi Ru and Bal Anat, join Lacey for an earthy exploration of combinations and finger cymbal patterns to put a bounce in your step and a smile on your face!
